Walk & wade on the beautiful McKenzie River or the MF Willamette River.

For anglers looking to experience the area’s rivers on foot, I’ll take you to prime water to connect with rainbow trout, wild cutthroat trout and the occasional Mountain Whitefish. I guide several locations depending on your experience level and water conditions. We’ll use varying tactics including Euro nymphing, swinging wet flies, a dry dropper setup, dry fly, and indicator nymph fishing as conditions dictate.

Interested in exploring the upper McKenzie or MF Willamette watersheds? The iconic “North Fork” MF Willamette’s flyfishing only waters beckon the wading angler, as does the pristine waters of the McKenzie’s South Fork. The upper McKenzie and MF Willamette hold beautiful wild trout ready to thrill you. There’s plenty of small stream fishing to be found in the Willamette National Forest.

Enjoy a full day (6-7 hours) of fly fishing accompanied with a riverside lunch.
